All prices include all kind of local taxes and the provided with the accommodation services.

Reservation Request results in 25% payment of the expected entire booking, as payment in advance.

The rest of the payment will take place during the customer's check-out and will include all the probable extra services.

Check-in time: 12:00 am.
Check-out time: 12:00 am.

Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are charged with extra 50% of the daily room rate.
Full room rate is paid, after 18:00.

CANCELATION POLICY

In case of cancelation or departure prior to the scheduled one at the proper time (at least 21 days prior to arrival) the charged amount will be credit back to the client.

In case of cancelation or departure prior to the scheduled one within 21 days prior to arrival, the charged amount will not be credit back to the client.

In cases of:

• cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or
• non-shows or
• departure prior to the scheduled one without briefing at the proper time

results in 50% payment of the entire booking.
