On the island of dreams and love in Santorini and on the sandy beach of Kamari village, hotel MATINA can satisfy all needs of a visitor. The hotel is built and decorated according to the traditional style of the island, is situated in a tranquil and pleasant garden only 2 minutes walk from the beach. Hotel Matina was built in 1991 and has been fully renovated in 2005. The hotel provides the facilities of a breakfast room with a veranda overlooking the pool, a snack bar,  a satellite TV and video-lounge,  a sitting room and a beautiful swimming pool with bar for your leisure hours. 

RESERVATION POLICY

All prices include all kind of local taxes and the provided with the accommodation services.

Reservation Request results in 25% payment of the expected entire booking, as payment in advance.

The rest of the payment will take place during the customer's check-out and will include all the probable extra services.

Check-in time: 12:00 am.
Check-out time: 12:00 am.

Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are charged with extra 50% of the daily room rate.
Full room rate is paid, after 18:00.

CANCELATION POLICY

In case of cancelation at least 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded back to the client minus 5% of the deposit as handling fees.

In case of cancelation within 14 - 2 days prior to arrival, 50% payment of the entire booking will be charged (minimum charge of 1 night stay).

In case of cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival or no-show results in 100% payment of the entire booking.

Travel date changes for staying less, is also covered by the above policy.
